Our methodology

Experience-based learning

Our methodology is highly practice-oriented, comprising 15% theory and 85% practice, which alternate dynamically within each module. The point of experience-based learning is the possibility of trying out and analyzing techniques and models right after familiarizing with them.

Sustainability is ensured by the structure of the process, which is based on the methodology of multiple loop learning and systemic thinking. Years of experience and a rich methodology enable us to work with individuals and groups at different levels. It is always the client’s request that defines which level or levels we determine.
